Well, if you have half-a-million dollars in your pocket (roughly a third-of-a-million-pounds), you could get him the largest "Full HD 3D TV" in the world, courtesy of Panasonic. Currently on display at CES 2011 in Las Vegas, it uses active shutter glasses matched to Panasonic's plasma technology and enjoys a rather large 4,096 x 2,160 pixels.

So there you go. Huge, expensive and the ideal partner to Panasonic's exclusive Avatar 3D!
